VIRTUAL FRONT DESK CONCIERGE
Ultron Virtual Front Desk Concierge (“VFDC”) is a compact kiosk where Front Desk can help guests perform check-in and out remotely. Very importantly the kiosk can take temperature before key card is dispensed to guests.
Our VFDC is designed to run almost 24/7. It allows Front Desk to check-in guests remotely, reducing unnecessary contact and exposure for all parties. Resources can be centralised to facilitate check-in for multiple locations.
Integration with Automated Temperature Access System, check-in and out with temperature screening control ensure guests of effective safety measure.
